The Story
Clara and Dev asked for drama: a December ballroom in inky noir, two hundred candles, a twelve-piece orchestra and dinner by candlelight. No daylight needed — the whole evening glowed amber from the inside out.
The challenge was a historic venue with a 10pm music curfew and a freight elevator the size of a wardrobe. We built the entire candle design off-site, sound-checked the orchestra at noon, and ran dinner service like theatre — three acts, no pauses.
The result was our most cinematic wedding to date: a first dance in a ring of candlelight that silenced a room of 150 people.
“Our guests still say it felt like stepping into a film. We just floated through it.”
